Payment Options
We offer a variety of credit card options. You may pay by VISA,
MC, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club. We welcome company
checks, however the funds must clear before the order is processed
due to the custom nature of the work. There will be a $50 charge
for any returned checks.
Processing of Orders
Once we have received your order, you will receive a faxed confirmation.
You will be responsible for e-mailing the correct artwork to our
art department at art@ctcorporategifts.com.
Once we have the received artwork and credit card information from
you, your order will be forwarded to the manufacturer for processing.
Once the manufacturer has set up the order, we will fax a proof
to you for your approval. Unless you have signed a waiver for the
proof, production will not go forward without your written approved
artwork.
Artwork
The manufacturers that produce the products require camera-ready
artwork. If you do not have camera ready artwork, we will be happy
to prepare your artwork for you. Pricing depends on requirements
of manufacturer and the information you provide to us. Please call
for pricing.
Minimum Orders
Minimum orders vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. The first
column pricing is the minimum order per the manufacturer.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is the time it takes to process your order, after
your approval of proof, plus shipping time. Any delay in faxing
the proof back to us will delay the delivery time.
Please be sure to give us your in-hands date to assure timely delivery.
RUSH Orders
RUSH orders are available, usually at an extra charge. RUSH orders
are subject to product availability.
Shipping
Most shipping is through UPS. Larger shipments will be shipped
via trucking company to mitigate shipping costs. Orders must be
shipped to a street address. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
Shipping is extra on all orders and most items are billed at actual
shipping cost. Once in a while, a custom order may require additional
packaging/cold packs or other material. This additional packaging
cost is extra. You will be charged up front for your order and a
second charge will be billed to your credit card for the shipping.
We will be happy to ship your products overseas within the limits
of the law and the shipping company regulations.
Returns
We do guarantee your order will meet your approved written specifications
on the order form. If a product is defective or is not produced
to your written approved specifications will replace it at no cost
to you. Due to the custom nature of the work, we cannot accept returns
for any other reason. All returns must be approved by management
of The Gourmet Gift Shop, LLC/CT Corporate Gifts.
Privacy
The Gourmet Gift Shop, LLC/CT Corporate Gifts respects your privacy
and does not share our mailing list with others.
